How my Grandmother got me to love baseball and the New York Yankees
Today is one of my favorite days of the year: Opening Day. The beginning of baseball season filled with warm weather, Saturday trips to the ballpark, and $15 beers. Growing up a Yankees fan, I’ve been lucky to watch high-caliber competition and see generational legends come and go. Best of all, I got to experience the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat with my Grandmother.
